Privacy policy
The short version: this site collects only what you type into the contact form, uses it only to reply to you, and never sells or shares it.

Who this covers
This policy covers rezasystems.com, run by Reza Systems (Juan Reza) in Midland, Texas. The websites I build for clients have their own policies.
What I collect
When you send the contact form, I get your name, your phone number, your message if you write one, and which button on the site you used to open the form. Everything you send reaches the site over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
That's all. This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or ads, and it doesn't load anything from other companies while you browse it.
How I use it
Only to reply to you, by phone, text or email. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I never sell, rent or trade your information.
Who else handles it
Two companies handle it for me. Netlify hosts this site. Like every web host, it receives your IP address and browser type each time a page loads, and keeps them in its server logs to run the site and keep it secure; I don't use those logs. Netlify also stores form submissions and runs a spam filter on them. Google runs my business email, which is where the copy of your message lands.
How long I keep it
I keep it so I can follow up with you. Ask me to delete it any time, and I will.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you've sent me, email juan@rezasystems.com or call or text (432) 416‑8359.
Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting doesn't change anything here, because this site doesn't follow you around the web.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and I don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
